Shutterfly Photobook for Holden

I had every intention of posting about the Wisconsin recall and a Wordless Wednesday, but I got sucked into the world of photobooks. Shutterfly is having a "buy one get one free" deal on their photobooks today. This is a crazy good deal and coupled with free shipping I saved about $45 bucks. I've been wanting to make a book of Holden's school work so I figured this was the perfect time.

You wouldn't believe how many hours it took me to make this book. Anyways, if you're interested you should hop on over since you only have today. Our regularly planned posting will start again tomorrow.

  1. Oh the promo code is 5485-2MGD-UC91-NJ6FZY just in case you can't find it.

  2. I love it! I didn't know you could do stuff like this. It's a much more convenient way of preserving this stuff. I'll have to make some of these when I get the extra money.

  3. Thanks! I thought it'd be a good way to keep the memories but get rid of the clutter. I'm one of those people who wants to save everything lol. I can only imagine how much stuff I'd have with four children! I'm planning on making one every year (at least while he's little) so we can see how he progresses.

  4. AWWWWWW! You have such a handsome boy. He just looks like he has so much personality. Did you scan his school work to be able to put it into the book? That's probably a silly question, but I've never done or seen one like this before. It's a great idea!

  5. April: Thanks! And he is a monster. lol

Yeah, I scanned all the art work and the class pictures. I was lucky that I got to take pictures when I volunteered in his class, but as he gets older it'll probably be all work. It'd be cool to do one for his graduation as a culmination of all his work. See, I'm already getting ahead of myself haha.

What's on your mind?
