Robert Kennedy Announcing the Assasination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr

Today is the 43rd anniversary of the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. I'm always inclined to post his "I've Been to the Mountaintop" address since it is so moving for me personally, but today I wanted to share Robert Kennedy's announcement of the assassination instead. The beginning gets me every time.

It's good to remember the ugly parts of our history. It reminds us about how far we've come and how far we still need to go.
