Egypt's Protests

Here's someone far more knowledgeable than me to explain what's happening in Egypt. Just in case you've been living under a rock:

  1. I'm a little late on this, but I wanted to say the video with Tarek Masoud helped me a lot in understanding what's going on. I haven't yet gotten a chance to watch the Clinton vid, but I will soon. Also, I think I live under a rock about 50% of the time (I have no TV and not enough time to watch news online usually), so I appreciate posts like this.

    In this case, I knew there were protests, but I didn't know what they were about. The little I knew of what was happening was from a friend who has several friends in Egypt who were part of the protests. She was re-posting everything they sent her, but she hadn't explained anything in more detail.
